Role: Business Analyst – Sales AI Agent

Location: Remote, Portugal

Required skills:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst working between business stakeholders and technical teams;


• Strong ability to gather, challenge, and formalize business requirements into actionable technical specifications and user stories;


• Experience acting as a bridge between Product Owners, business stakeholders, and development teams;


• Solid understanding of sales processes, sales pipelines, CRM workflows, and sales team dynamics;


• Experience translating non\-technical business workflows into structured technical requirements;


• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;


• Experience coordinating with engineering teams, clarifying scope, and supporting delivery processes;


• Knowledge of data integration processes and data flow mapping;


• Hands\-on experience with Salesforce and understanding of Salesforce data structures is highly valued;


• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross\-functional teams;


• Strong analytical thinking and problem\-solving skills;


• Ability to work autonomously in fast\-paced and evolving environments;


• Exposure to AI\-driven products or intelligent automation solutions is a plus;


• Knowledge of Azure AI services or AI backend integrations is a plus;


• Familiarity with mobile application projects is a plus;


• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
