Business Analyst - Risk & Compliance

We seek a Business Analyst with experience in Risk \& Compliance who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed:

• 4\+ years of technical and functional IT experience in banking domains, specifically within core banking transformations and digital banking environments.


• Strong expertise in Risk \& Compliance architectures, including credit risk decisioning, AML tools, Collections architectures, or Credit Bureau integrations.


• Solid experience gathering business requirements and translating them into clear use cases, epics, and user stories with acceptance criteria using Jira or Confluence.


• Technical ability to analyze tool logs and run database (BBDD) queries to investigate bugs, review data models, and ensure successful software delivery.


• Demonstrated experience working with Agile/Lean methodologies alongside diverse, cross\-functional teams including developers, testers, and product stakeholders.


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and business partners, while prioritizing and managing deployment life cycles.

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields, with the ability to collaborate effectively across distributed teams in Spain and Mexico
