Business Analyst – Hybrid

Our client is urgently looking for a Business Analyst. The position is remote with 1 day per week on-site in London

This position is ideally suited to graduates to folk with up to 5 years’ experience. You will have a technical background and have the ability to put data into a platform and turn it into something useful – i.e Power BI dashboards.

The company is a Solutions Provider, they operate mainly within the financial services sphere and partner with their clients to build out Cloud solutions from scratch. Naturally, any cloud knowledge is highly beneficial!

You will be rewarded with an excellent salary, as well as a brilliant benefits package including remote working, annual leave, pension scheme and yearly bonus (between £5-£10k).

Business Analyst – Key Skills:

  • BA / analyst background that have coding awareness (as role will involve configuration / development / issue resolution on a platform) so experience to the tune of coding/SQL/RPA required

  • Data manipulation experience i.e. Database or strong excel skills (Formulas / VLOOKUP / Pivots / large set manipulation - quickly)

  • Hands on Customer experience (dealing with clients / ability to take non-IT flagged issues and fault fix)

  • Good communication / reporting skills (PowerPoint/word documentation to a good standard - i.e. to share with customers / professional)

  • Strong ownership / experience in working between internal teams - Support team working with Development team and project managers / customer
