Responsibilities
--------------------

What will you do ?
======================

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their objectives, needs, and challenges. Conduct interviews, workshops, and research to elicit and document functional and technical requirements.


• Solution Design and Documentation: Work closely with stakeholders and development teams to translate business requirements into detailed system specifications, use cases, and user stories. Document functional and non\-functional requirements, process flows, and data models.


• Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with cross\-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of IT solutions.


• Knowledge in methodology (Agile, Kanban, Scrum, Waterfall, Lean..) or are used to work on change activities with matrixial teams using Agile or V approaches. Knowledge in project management methodology (PMI, SCRUM, Prince2, …).


• Testing and Quality Assurance: Support the testing team by reviewing test cases, conducting functional testing, and participating in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that the implemented solutions meet the business requirements.

Qualifications
------------------

Who are you ?
=================

• In\-depth knowledge of banking sector (payments, accounting, regulatory) is mandatory.


• Strong SQL proficiency for interacting with databases, executing queries, and performing data manipulation and analysis.


• Certifications: ECBA, CCBA, CBAP is a plus.


• Agile certification: PSPO.


• Fluentin French and English.


• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience with Business Analyst.


• Hold a Master's degree or an Engineering diploma in Computer Science (apprenticeship is a plus).
