Post Summary: The purpose of this role is to provide ongoing Business Analyst support for the university’s Enterprise CRM (Dynamics 365\) and cloud Data Hub. The production CRM and Data Hub are under continued development as part of a data transformation project (DT4\). The post holder will play a key role in providing data and business process mapping, requirements gathering, documentation, training and testing. In addition, they will provide support and further release management during the phases of the DT4 project and beyond. Time permitting, the post holder will be expected to take on other business analyst work in the IT Services department.
This is a permanent post, reporting initially to the DT4 project manager, to ensure smooth delivery of the DT4 Data Transformation programme, ongoing operational support and future BAU releases.
Post status: Permanent Contract
Hours of Post: 35 hours per week
Salary: This appointment will be made on the Administrative 2 Salary Scale (€60,185 \- €70,718 per annum) at a point in line with current Government pay policy. monthly/weekly payscales. (tcd.ie)
