Roles \& Responsibilities\-

\-Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.

\-Evaluate business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

\-Prepare business requirement documents and process flows.

\-Liaise with stakeholders, developers, and project teams to deliver effective solutions.

\-Analyse data and produce reports to support business decisions.

\-Conduct meetings, workshops, and presentations with stakeholders.

\-Support system testing and ensure solutions meet business requirements.

\-Monitor project progress and assist in successful project delivery.

Maintain accurate project documentation and business reports.

Skills, Qualification \& Experience\-

\-Experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

\-Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.

\-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

\-Good understanding of business analysis techniques and SDLC.

\-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

\-Strong organisational and documentation skills.

\-Ability to work independently and within cross\-functional teams.
