Business Analyst - Freelance H/F
Job description
Context
You will work hand in hand with senior Business Analysts of the team and with Back Officers and Finance users to contribute to the business analysis of new requests, guide the development team into creating the necessary tools/components/enhancements while maintaining a high level of quality, test and validate the proposed solutions and bring users support on the system.
The role requires knowledge of deal management and financial products lifecycle, in particular related to invoicing and accounting in SAP or other ERP.
You will be integrated in a team of business analysts and developers, located in Paris, that work in a fast pace delivery cycle in close collaboration with the business users (Backoffice, Accounting, Treasury) in Europe.
Your position is located in Paris.
Missions
- Contribute to requirements gathering from business (Backoffice, accounting and Treasury users) in Europe, in French or English
- Produce some concise and precise specifications that the development team can comprehend
- Lead testing strategy definition, execution and testing activities coordination including UAT sessions
- Provide Business support for Europe area
- Contribute to production issues analysis, propose workarounds and long term solutions
- Document analysis, business processes and tests, in English
- Create training materials and documentation and train new end users on the back office application
Tâches principales :

- Modélise les processus métier (cartographie, flux, etc.)
- Rédige les spécifications fonctionnelles et le cahier des charges
- Communique avec le chef de projet et suit les équipes de projet
- Contrôle l'intégration
- Définit le système d'information cible
- Met en œuvre les processus et supporte la gestion du changement
- Facilite les réunions et les ateliers
- Forme les utilisateurs
Requirements
- Knowledge of deal management and financial products lifecycle, particularly related to invoicing and accounting in SAP or other ERP systems
- Ability to gather requirements from business users in French or English
- Experience in producing concise and precise specifications for development teams
- Skills in defining and coordinating testing strategies, including UAT sessions
- Capability to provide business support and analyze production issues with proposed workarounds and long\-term solutions
- Proficiency in documenting analysis, business processes, and tests in English
- Experience in creating training materials and training end users
- Ability to model business processes (mapping, flows, etc.)
- Strong communication skills to interact with project managers and project teams
- Experience facilitating meetings and workshops
