Business Analyst F/M/X
Job description
As a Business Analyst, you will act as a key interface between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that requirements are clearly defined, understood, and delivered effectively. You will contribute to strategic transformation initiatives within complex and regulated environments such as banking, insurance, and financial institutions.
Your responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements from stakeholders
Translate business needs into clear functional specifications
Participate in the design and improvement of business processes
Support project teams throughout the software development lifecycle
Conduct gap analysis and propose optimized solutions
Collaborate with IT teams, product owners, and business stakeholders
Support testing activities and validate delivered solutions
Ensure documentation and alignment with business objectives
Your Profile
Master’s Degree in Business, IT, Finance, Economics, or related field
Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools
Experience working in Agile or hybrid environments
Ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in French is mandatory
English is considered a strong advantage
A strong plus if you have
Experience in banking, insurance, or financial institutions
Knowledge of regulatory or compliance environments
Exposure to digital transformation or large\-scale IT projects
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
