Business Analyst

Responibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements across multiple business domains


• Assess current and future\-state business processes


• Translate business needs into functional and non\-functional requirements


• Facilitate workshops and discussions with business and technical stakeholders


• Identify process gaps, dependencies, risks, and improvement opportunities


• Support requirements related to Oracle ERP integrations and enterprise data flows


• Collaborate with ERP implementation teams and internal stakeholders to align business and technical requirements


• Assist in mapping business processes to ERP capabilities and integration requirements


• Support data conversion and system integration discussions


• Help define requirements for interfaces between enterprise platforms and operational systems


• Support discussions related to data quality, data ownership, and governance processes


• Produce and maintain business analysis artifacts such as BRDs, RTMs, process flows, use cases, and functional specifications


• Ensure requirements traceability throughout project execution


• Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, Data Engineers, Integration teams, and Data Governance stakeholders


• Support prioritization and backlog refinement activities


• Assist business users during UAT preparation and validation


• Support issue analysis, defect clarification, and change requests


• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams

Skills

• Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements


• Business process modeling and analysis


• Experience with stakeholder management


• Experience working in enterprise transformation initiatives


• Experience supporting Oracle ERP or enterprise ERP programs


• Understanding of enterprise system integrations and data flows


• Familiarity with API/integration concepts


• Understanding of data mapping and business data transformations


• Basic understanding of Data Governance concepts, including Data Quality and Compliance processes


• Experience working alongside technical and integration teams


• Strong communication and facilitation skills


• Strong organizational and documentation skills


• Fluent in English \- written and spoken (mandatory)
