This is a strong opportunity to shape how business needs are translated into trusted, scalable, and future\-ready data and analytics solutions across the region. You will help build the foundations for better reporting, stronger governance, more reusable data products, and improved decision\-making, while also supporting the adoption of smarter, more efficient ways of working.

This position is suited to someone who wants to shape the end\-to\-end solution itself, from backend data engineering to customer\-facing BI and analytics solutions. You will act as the business\-facing anchor for Advanced Analytics \& Data Management within Business Systems, working across commercial teams, Alexion Data Office (ADO), IT, engineering, and data product stakeholders. You will bring structure to business demand, clarity to solution requirements, and discipline to the validation of business\-facing outputs.
