Business Analyst Consultant

Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Business Analyst. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be engaged in dynamic projects within the financial sector, working on\-site and collaborating with diverse teams to deliver impactful solutions. You will be hired by Keystone Solutions to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and our core values to every engagement.

Mission Context:

The client is a market leader in corporate Cash Management services. The Global Cash Management organization, based in Brussels and Paris, acts as a global competence center, defining strategy and priorities for Cash Management worldwide. The team is responsible for the Cash Management offer, service, and infrastructure related to payables and receivables, including:

• Defining the product vision with key stakeholders


• Mobilizing resources to complete the product/offer vision (plan, budget, people, stakeholders, governance)


• Coordinating the demand to delivery process based on business value management

The team is currently working on Digital Currency topics and requires reinforcement to manage various project streams.

Responsibilities:

• Support the program manager in all activities (stakeholder alignment, planning, etc.) and production of deliverables (roadmap, KPIs, financials) for key committees with top management


• Take ownership of specific initiatives, including:

+ Documenting the business vision
+ Business needs documentation
+ Facilitating governance
+ Aligning product team with central IT
+ Risk, quality, and issue management
+ Validation process follow\-up and documentation
+ Liaison between all stakeholders and ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of relevant experience


• Bachelor or master degree


• Proven skills as a business analyst and experience in project\-driven environments


• Ability to communicate with IT, operations, legal, compliance, and business teams


• Experience with international payments ecosystems


• Knowledge of DLT and blockchain


• Banking experience


• Payments management experience


• Understanding of correspondent banking operating models


• Experience with digital currency strategy and products


• Finance and treasury experience is preferable

Language Requirements:

• French: Mandatory


• English: Excellent written and oral skills


• Dutch: Is a plus

Additional Information:

• Travel may be required depending on work planning (occasional travel to Paris possible)


• Expectation: 50% on\-site and 50% homeworking
