The Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our growing team. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our customers and our development teams, supporting end\-to\-end process discovery, documentation, and design, and ensuring solutions are aligned with business needs.
With a minimum of 3 years’ experience, you will help uncover automation opportunities, capture and translate requirements, and contribute to designing intelligent, scalable solutions that leverage both RPA and new AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead process discovery sessions with clients through workshops, interviews, and analysis of existing documentation
- Map, analyse, and model current\-state and future\-state business processes
- Identify opportunities for RPA, AI and optimisation across customer workflows
- Document clear and detailed business requirements and translate them into functional specifications or user stories
- Act as the primary liaison between customers, business stakeholders, and our development team
- Support solution design by ensuring requirements are well understood and feasible
- Assist in testing and validation activities to ensure delivered solutions meet agreed expectations
- Produce process documentation, operational guides and training materials when needed
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and recommending enhancements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst or similar role
- Strong experience in process mapping, analysis and documentation
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence engaging both technical teams and non\-technical stakeholders
- Experience working within a technology, software or automation environment (RPA/AI experience desirable)
- Experience in Finance Departments, Customer Operations or Logistics is desirable
- Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities
- Experience facilitating workshops or stakeholder discovery sessions
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, testing practices and solution validation is advantageous

Pay: £33,000\.00\-£35,000\.00 per year
