<p>You will be responsible for:</p>
<p> </p>
<ul>
<li>Establish collaborative relationships with external and internal stakeholders</li>
<li>Working closely with clients to define and optimize their roadmap</li>
<li>Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.</li>
<li>Support the design and optimization of card payment products, processes, and customer journeys.</li>
<li>Shaping and executing complex digital transformations</li>
<li>Ensure alignment between business objectives and technological solutions.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong> </strong></p>
<p><strong>SHOW US WHAT YOU’VE GOT</strong></p>
<p><u>Experience & Knowledge</u></p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum <strong>5 years of professional experience</strong>.</li>
<li>Proven experience as a <strong>Business Analyst, Product Owner, Product Manager, Product Expert, or a similar role</strong>.</li>
<li>Experience acting as the link between business and IT stakeholders.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of <strong>card payment products and/or payment processes</strong>.</li>
<li>Good understanding of the <strong>Belgian card payments market</strong>, digital wallets, and related products (e.g. Edenred and similar solutions).</li>
<li>Experience with <strong>digitalization and transformation projects</strong>.</li>
<li>Experience in <strong>process modelling and business process analysis</strong>.</li>
<li>Experience working in an <strong>Agile environment</strong>.</li>
</ul>
<p><u>Languages</u></p>
<ul>
<li>English is mandatory.</li>
<li>Good knowledge of Dutch and/or French.</li>
</ul>
