<p><strong>Stakeholder Collaboration</strong>: Proven ability to lead sessions, gather requirements, and liaise effectively between stakeholders and users.</p>
<p><strong>Technical Proficiency</strong>: Skilled in Epic, user story writing, and process re-engineering.</p>
<p><strong>Industry Acumen</strong>: Expertise in <strong>Commercial, Digital, and Retail Banking</strong>, with a working knowledge of financial processes.</p>
<p><strong>Exceptional Communication</strong>: Articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences. We believe your professional background is significant, but your mindset matters most.
