Overview
The Britannia Academy of eLearning Ltd is a Manchester\-based SME looking for a Business Analyst / Consultant to work directly with our Managing Director and leadership team. It's a hands\-on role with real, visible influence: in a small business, your analysis doesn't sit in a drawer, it shapes what happens next.

- Support the implementation of agreed changes and monitor results.
- Prepare clear reports and presentations for senior leadership.
- Take ownership of assigned analytical and improvement projects from start to finish.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather insights and support consensus on agreed actions.
Essential
- A degree in business, management, economics, finance, business administration or a related field, or equivalent hands\-on experience.
- Previous professional experience as a business analyst, business consultant, management consultant, or in a similar analytical/advisory role.
