Business Administrator Apprentice
Job Summary;
You’ll provide day\-to\-day admin support across sales and logistics whilst studying towards a recognised qualification.
Whether you are starting your career, looking to develop existing administrative experience, or seeking a career change through an apprenticeship pathway, this position provides hands\-on exposure to a wide range of business functions.

This is a hands\-on role where you’ll learn how we manage shipments, customer orders, documentation and reporting, working closely with colleagues in Sales, Warehouse \& Logistics.
Key Responsibilities;
Support daily shipping, courier and transport administrative tasks.
Assist with the processing of UK, European, and Rest of World (ROW) customer orders.
Prepare and maintain reports for the Sales team and management.
Support customer enquiries, sample requests, and order administration.
Assist with export and import documentation, including Proof of Export (POE) audits and compliance checks.
Maintain accurate records within SAP and CRM systems (full training provided).
Monitor and respond to shared email inboxes and telephone enquiries.
Liaise with Warehouse, Logistics, and Sales teams to ensure customer orders are processed efficiently.
Assist with PDL activities, including stock transfer orders (STOs), picking processes, and additional services.
Help coordinate transport arrangements with hauliers and subcontractors as required.
Support postal and courier activities, including FedEx and other carrier services.
Help organise customer visits, meetings, and other administrative activities.
Undertake general office administration duties, including filing, document management, and record keeping.
Provide cover and support for colleagues during busy periods and absences.
Carry out additional administrative duties as required.
What we’re looking for;
GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above.
Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
Competent in Microsoft Office applications. (Word \& Excel)
Willingness to learn and use new systems, including SAP and CRM platforms.
Proactive, reliable, and customer\-focused approach.
Ability to work independently, use initiative and manage tasks with minimal supervision
Positive Attitude with a willingness to learn

Pay: £20,000\.00\-£23,000\.00 per year
