Your Job:
  • To ensure all guests receive a genuine, warm, friendly, courteous welcome on arrival and during their stay

  • To assist guests with the movement of luggage to and from the bedroom.

  • To assist customers who need assistance with any information that they require.

  • To ensure all guest queries are handled promptly and efficiently.

  • Drive the hotel bus
What You’ll Need:
  • Proven experience in Transport departments

  • Must have a full, clean D1 Driving License

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Be ready to maintain a flexible schedule, as operations run seven days a week, Available to work both day and night shifts

  • Strong communication and management skills. Ability to lead, inspire and motivate a diverse team of drivers
