The Facilities Technician will be responsible for the operation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance of building systems including HVAC, boilers, chillers, pumps, and compressed air equipment. This role requires hands-on technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or with contractors to ensure optimal equipment performance. Riverside strives to keep the highest standard for Building & Physical Infrastructure and this role will support in attending building and infrastructure repairs and maintenance. The successful candidate will support preventive maintenance (PM) programs, respond to issues as they arise, and ensure a safe and reliable working environment for all staff.

<ul>
<li>Perform daily inspections and operational checks on HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, pumps, and compressed air systems, any other Equipment on the Facilities Assets List. </li>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control issues related to building systems. </li>
<li>Monitor system performance and adjust to optimize efficiency and reliability. </li>
<li>Respond promptly to facility-related breakdowns or alerts, taking corrective action as necessary. </li>
<li>Attend to basic building repairs, caulking works, light piping works, assembling or relocating accessories, equipment, furniture ect </li>
<li>Assist in loading and unloading equipment, accessories or furniture. </li>
<li>Perform minor repair work for scopes under Facilities as directed by the Facilities Supervisor/Manager </li>

<li>Carry out scheduled PM tasks on HVAC, chiller, boiler, and related facilities equipment. </li>
<li>Replace filters, belts, and other consumable components as per maintenance schedules or as and when required or directed by line manager. </li>
<li>Document all maintenance activities in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). </li>
<li>Identify potential issues before they become major problems and escalate as needed. </li>
</ul>

<li>Coordinate and oversee contractors performing specialized maintenance or repairs. </li>
<li>Ensure all work is completed according to Riverside’s standards and safety requirements. </li>
<li>Maintain records of service contracts, completed work, and equipment warranties. </li>
<li>Assist, host or escort contractors for any interventions on Riverside’s Premises. </li>
</ul>

<li>Conduct and log daily building system checks, documenting temperature, pressure, and operational readings. </li>
<li>Track system performance trends and report deviations to the Facilities Supervisors/Manager. </li>
<li>Recommend and implement improvements for energy efficiency and equipment reliability. </li>
