Looking for your next step into building/estate/development manager?
We're recruiting for a Building Manager to take ownership of a large, established residential development in North West London.
This is a hands-on, resident-facing role with real responsibility for the day-to-day running of the development.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing the day-to-day running of the development
- Overseeing H&S, compliance & building inspections
- Managing contractors, maintenance & repairs
- Overseeing building services and M&E
- Managing budgets, reporting & financial administration
- Dealing with resident queries and expectations
- Resolving building issues and coordinating works
- Maintaining strong resident and contractor relationships
- Ensuring the development is safe, compliant and well maintained
This is a technically interesting development with:
- Plant rooms
- An energy centre
- Heating & hot water systems
- Cooling systems
- Significant M&E infrastructure

You don't need years of Development/Building Management experience.
