At wed2b, our Bridal Sales Consultants combine a genuine care for every customer with a personal drive for delivering results. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working towards targets, while also creating a supportive and personalised experience for each bride.
What You'll Be Doing
Deliver a welcoming, professional in\-store experience for every bride and their guests
Build rapport quickly and understand each customer's style, needs, and budget
Recommend and style wedding dresses and accessories with confidence
Guide customers through the decision\-making process in a supportive, consultative way
Work towards individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance
Collaborate with a small team to maintain a positive and results\-driven environment
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in retail sales or a customer\-facing role
A target\-driven mindset with a focus on achieving results
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A naturally empathetic and customer\-focused approach
Confidence in styling or an interest in fashion (preferred)
Availability to work weekends, including Saturdays
Pay \& Benefits
£12\.71 per hour
Uncapped commission \- earn more based on your performance
