Bridal Consultant / Storekeeper

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Bridal Consultant / Storekeeper to join our team at Je Roche Fashion House, Bradford Store. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting bridal and occasion wear, support with stock management, and help ensure the smooth day\-to\-day running of the store.

This role is ideal for someone who has an interest in fashion, enjoys working with customers, and is familiar with South Asian culture, bridal wear and occasionwear. The successful applicant should be friendly, reliable, organised, and able to provide excellent customer service in a professional retail environment.

The role is based in Bradford, so applicants must be based locally or able to commute reliably.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service in\-store and over the phone


• Assist brides and customers with bridal wear, occasionwear and accessories


• Support fittings, appointments and general customer enquiries


• Keep the store clean, tidy and presentable throughout the day


• Organise stock, fitting rooms, displays and customer areas


• Carry out stock checks and help with replenishment when needed


• Process payments using the till system and handle cash or card transactions securely


• Support with visual merchandising and day\-to\-day store operations

• Previous retail, fashion, bridal or customer service experience is preferred but not essential


• Interest in fashion, bridal wear or South Asian occasionwear is desirable


• Familiarity with South Asian culture and bridal fashion is preferred


• Strong communication skills in English


• Friendly, reliable, organised and confident with customers


• Must be based in Bradford or able to commute reliably


• Must be available to work the required days and hours
