Brewery Assistant
We're looking for an enthusiastic, full time Brewery Assistant to join our production team.
This is an entry level position; no experience is necessary, and all training will be provided. What matters most is a willingness to learn, a strong work ethic, and a genuine interest in good beer.
Working closely with our brewing team, you'll be involved in the day\-to\-day running of the brewery, with a particular focus on cleaning, sanitation and supporting beer production. Cleanliness and attention to detail are at the heart of making great beer, and this role is fundamental to everything we produce.
Your duties will include:
- Washing and preparing kegs and casks ready for filling
- Cleaning and sanitising brewing, cellar and packaging equipment
- Keeping all brewing areas clean, tidy and well organised
- Assisting the brewing team across the production and packaging process as needed
- Helping with cellar work, raw material handling and general brewery operations
- Following all health, safety and sanitation procedures, and wearing appropriate PPE
- Providing cover for the warehouse and fulfilment team at busy times as required
- Hard working and reliable, happy to take on physical, hands\-on work
- Organised, and able to work cleanly and tidily
- A team player who communicates well and isn't afraid to ask questions
- Capable of showing initiative and taking on tasks as they arise
- Genuinely interested in craft beer and keen to learn the brewing process
- A full and clean UK driving licence (helpful, but not a requirement)
- Some experience in a production, warehouse or manual handling environment
- Experience working with Breww or similar brewery management software

What you get:
Starting Salary: £28,000 pa
