Brand & Production Coordinator

We are looking for a structured and proactive Brand \& Production Coordinator to join our Brand team in Stockholm and play a key role in shaping how ATP Atelier shows up across channels.

You will report to the Creative Director and E\-commerce Manager and be responsible for bringing the brand to life across social media, PR and content production.

This is a broad and hands\-on role where you will lead the day\-to\-day execution of our social media while coordinating brand projects, driving timelines, and ensuring that ideas are executed with both precision and a strong sense of brand.

You will work across content production, PR, and community — acting as the link between creative direction and execution. The role requires a strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and a natural understanding of brand, aesthetics, and visual storytelling.

Tasks \& Responsibilities

Social \& Content

• Manage ATP Atelier’s social media channels, ensuring a consistent and elevated brand presence


• Plan, publish and optimize content on a daily basis


• Translate brand direction into engaging, on\-brand storytelling


• Ensure content is aligned across channels and reflects a holistic brand perspective


• Support the planning and execution of seasonal and weekly communication calendars


• Act as project lead for brand\-related content production, ensuring timelines, budgets and deliverables are met.


• Support product photoshoots from planning to delivery (scheduling, shotlists, references, sample coordination and asset handling)

• Coordinate brand and campaign production from idea to execution


• Prepare briefs and support the creative process ahead of shoots


• Ensure assets are delivered, structured and aligned across all channels


• Maintain structure across timelines, calendars and internal communication

• Own PR coordination and outreach, ensuring consistent brand positioning


• Manage sample coordination and product loans (press, stylists, influencers), including tracking and follow\-ups


• Support seeding activities and community relationships


• Assist in planning and execution of press, industry and influencer events

• Support tracking and reporting of brand KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis

• 1–2 years of experience within marketing, PR, social media or a similar field


• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously


• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats and digital behavior


• A clear sense of aesthetics and brand, with the ability to translate creative direction into execution


• Proactive, hands\-on and comfortable working in a fast\-paced environment


• Comfortable with content creation for social media and advertising purposes.


• Strong communication skills in English
