Your role
=============

Loki Robotics is a robotics company with a mission to 10x the world's physical services capacity through robotics and physical AI. Today, we build, deploy, and operate expert robots that automate commercial facility services work at scale.

Our Brand \& Marketing Manager decides how that is understood by the world. You will shape Loki's position, voice and story, then bring them to life through copy, film, campaigns, events and the partnerships we build with our customers. Everything you put out has make it obvious what we are building, why we are building it, and make a facility operator comfortable putting a machine into their building.

You would be our first marketing hire, working directly with the CEO, ops and engineering, and spending real time in the field.

What you’ll be doing

• Own Loki's brand strategy and narratives, executing it end to end across every channel


• Bring Loki's brand to life through content, blog posts, announcements, sales material and product one\-pagers


• Research and execute strategic partnerships for Loki


• Create content on the field: concepts, scripts, shoot logistics, contractors, edits, final cut


• Own Loki's website end to end, including copy, structure and its future content roadmap


• Execute Loki's social strategy across LinkedIn and X to grow our audience among customers, engineers and the wider robotics ecosystem through authentic content


• Build product branding for current and future products, including naming, positioning, differentiation and the sales narrative and collateral that follow from it


• Honestly measure and assess the impact of your work that to decide what we do next

You are a relentless builder who takes ownership and is comfortable finding your way in an early\-stage start\-up from shaping brand strategy to creating content to executing it all hands\-on. In a small team like ours, you’ll have a massive impact on Loki’s position in the market and how we are perceived by customers and candidates alike.

What you should have

• 5\+ years of experience in brand, content or marketing work at an early\-stage company.


• Outstanding storytelling capability. You're able to go from a vague idea on what needs to be communicated and translating that into a strategy and a compelling narrative.


• Unreasonable sense of agency and ownership. You're an operational force of nature, and are able to get things done quickly and independently.


• Clear vision \& your own point of view. You need to hold differentiated opinions about the future, and have the confidence and taste to defend it and communicate it.


• Genuine care about your work and the stories you tell. You are a perfectionist about anything with your or Loki's name on it. You should want to tell Loki's story better than anyone else could.


• Output\-driven work style. Marketing is the easiest function in a company to disappear into: nothing is ever urgent, so two weeks of work becomes three months. We're looking for someone who ships and holds their own deadlines.


• Comfortable and hands\-on with basic design tools (Adobe Suite, Resolve, Figma, AI\-native tools)


• Outstanding communication skills in English.
