The Role
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Brand \& Marketing Executive to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about storytelling, content creation, and building a brand from the ground up.

- Design graphics, reels, posts, stories, and promotional material using tools such as Canva, Adobe, CapCut, or similar, with knowledge of AI tools
- Engage with our online community \- responding to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor social media analytics, track performance, and report on key metrics
- Identify trends and opportunities to grow our online following and brand awareness
- Support the creation of marketing campaigns, promotions, and announcements
- Assist with website content, email marketing, and any other branding initiatives

- Growing our LinkedIn following and engagement consistently month on month
- Publishing 5–10 pieces of content per week across both brands
- Producing a minimum of 3 video pieces per month showcasing our operations, team, and services
- Increasing website enquiries and brand visibility through organic content
- Strengthening our employer brand to support recruitment across both businesses
- Proven experience in social media management, branding, or digital marketing (professional or personal portfolio accepted)
- Strong eye for design and creativity with the ability to produce compelling content
- Excellent written communication skills \- clear, engaging, and professional
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar
- Confident filming and editing video content on iPhone and professional equipment \- this is essential, not optional
- Good understanding of social media algorithms, SEO basics, and platform best practices
- Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Self\-motivated, organised, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Photography skills are a plus
- Experience in the logistics, transport, or commercial sector is an advantage, but not essential
More than a traditional social media manager, we are looking for a well\-rounded all\-rounder who can do it all \- film on an iPhone, edit in CapCut, design in Canva, write strong copy, manage LinkedIn effectively, take photographs, and keep our websites current. If you can do all of that with confidence and creativity, this role is built for you.
What We Offer
