Brand Marketing Executive
Salary: £35,000
Location: Medway City Estate (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days home)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30
Desirable: Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Key Responsibilities
Instruction Conversion & Trust Building
Drive valuation-to-instruction conversion by building trust and improving presentation:
- Develop review and testimonial strategies
- Create customer case studies and success stories
- Produce “Why Choose Us” content
- Deliver trust-led messaging
- Manage MovePal nurture journeys
- Support promotions and customer campaigns
- Oversee VideoAsk content and performance

- Deliver internal communications aligned to The Arun Way

- Reinforce Helping Principles
- Gather and share branch success stories
- Highlight real customer experiences

Act as the link between Marketing and branches:
- Support local marketing campaigns
- Manage and optimise Acaboom content
- Create prospecting materials
- Produce letters and campaign messaging
- Coordinate campaign rollouts
- Provide office-specific marketing support
Internal Engagement & Reputation
Improve communication and engagement across the business:
- Gather branch feedback
- Enhance marketing communication
- Manage reputation and review strategies
- Analyse campaigns and provide recommendations
- Ensure consistent messaging
- Monitor AI recommendation performance
Strengthen presence within local communities:
- Support fundraising and charity partnerships
- Increase local visibility
- Drive community engagement
- Maintain brand consistency
- Help branches build local trust
This is a results-driven role, with success measured through:
- Valuation-to-instruction conversion rates
- Recommendation and referral business
- Review ratings and volume
- Branch engagement levels
