In this Brand Manager role, you will support the Senior Brand Manager in the management for the German Milka MMMAX Tablet business.

How you will contribute

• Support the management of the Milka MMMAX tablets portfolio in Germany, working out strong recommendations on multiple areas (from communications to portfolio and end\-to\-end commercialization) and ensuring execution that is aligned with the Senior Brand Manager and defined short\-/mid\-/long\-term strategy of segment.


• Build and execute the marketing, communication and activation plans in close collaboration with the Senior Brand Manager to ensure defined strategic brand objectives are met.


• Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive dynamics, Milka MMMAX performance and come with recommendations on mitigating actions and opportunities.


• Help the JBM to oversee, plan, adjust the brand marketing budget, ensure efficient allocation, spend tracking, and delivery of targeted outcomes. Budget owner is Senior Brand Manager.


• Execute product launches and product\-change initiatives, working closely with cross\-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.


• Collaborate with Category Planning, RGM, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to ensure smooth execution of brand initiatives and resolve/recommend operational challenges when needed.


• Work with EU Innovation and Equity team on requests and alignments. Local strategy owner is Senior Brand Manager.


• Work collaboratively with the wider marketing team, providing guidance and support to junior team members, while contributing to overall team success.

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

• University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; alternatively, equivalent knowledge gained through relevant professional experience (minimum 3–5 years) in a strategic marketing area


• Relevant (additional) professional experience in the marketing field such as Brand Management (3\-5 years);


• Creative and open minded; Organizing and problem\-solving skills; Analytical and structured thinking; strong presentation and engagement skills; (indirect) leadership skills; ability to articulate data into insight into action clearly


• Skills in computer literacy, esp. MS Office;


• Fluent English and German language skills.
