JAC is an independent project management consultancy specialising in office fit\-outs and workplace projects across London.
For nearly 50 years we have helped clients deliver workplaces that support the way people work, lead and grow. We work across sectors including finance, technology, media and professional services.
We are looking for a Brand, Events \& Partnerships Manager to help grow JAC’s visibility, relationships and network across the property and workplace industry.
This is a new role within the business and an opportunity for somebody to help shape it.
The role combines events, relationship building, partnerships, marketing and business development support. It would suit somebody who is naturally proactive, organised, confident with people and commercially aware.
The Role
You will help identify and create opportunities for JAC to build relationships, strengthen our brand presence and support future business growth.
This will include:
- Planning and running client and industry events
- Identifying networking and sponsorship opportunities
- Building relationships across the property and workplace sector
- Supporting business development activity and introductions
- Helping raise the profile of JAC and our podcast Places She Shapes
- Coordinating marketing activity and external communications
- Supporting content planning across LinkedIn, events and campaigns
- Attending industry events and representing the business professionally
- Working closely with the senior leadership team on strategic opportunities
- Helping maintain and develop client and consultant relationships
- Supporting bid submissions, presentations and credentials where needed
- Tracking opportunities, contacts and follow\-up actions
We are less focused on somebody coming from a traditional construction background and more interested in finding the right person.
