Branch Sales Manager

We’re looking for a motivated Branch Sales Manager to lead our brand new display village at Gate's Garden Centre, Oakham. You’ll guide customers through our unique, fully constructed garden buildings and outdoor displays, helping them create stunning spaces for work, relaxation, and wellness.

What You’ll Do

• Sell a premium range of products including garden rooms, hot tubs, decking, and saunas


• Manage the branch’s performance and support a sales assistant


• Conduct on\-site customer surveys, offering practical advice and layout recommendations


• Build lasting customer relationships through product knowledge and a consultative approach

• Strong background in sales (retail, field, or showroom experience preferred)


• Excellent communication and time management


• Target\-driven, self\-motivated, and professional


• Comfortable with Microsoft Office


• Full UK driving licence (essential)

• Base Salary: £33,930\+


• Uncapped commission — realistic OTE £38,000–£43,000\+


• Company vehicle provided for site visits


• Full\-time role: avg. 43\.5 hours/week, including weekends (5–6 day rota)
