Branch Manager

• Annual Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 OTE


• Location: Bar Hill, Cambridgeshire

We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our estate agency branch to new heights of success. This role is ideal for an experienced estate agency professional ready to step into a management role or advance their leadership career. As a Branch Manager, you will drive performance, expand market share, and develop a high-performing team.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Lead daily meetings with the Estate Agency team.


• Coach the team to achieve KPIs and monitor individual performance.


• Encourage team development and progression.


• Focus strongly on generating new and repeat business.


• Develop and maintain robust relationships with vendors and buyers.


• Coordinate with prospective buyers and arrange property viewings.


• Negotiate offers and agree on sales while ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.


• Minimum of 2 years’ experience within Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator, Property Valuer position, or higher.


• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and create trusting relationships.


• Ability to create and action business plans relevant to your branch.


• Strong understanding of current legislation related to Estate Agency.


• Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads.


• Renowned for delivering outstanding customer service.


• Ability to work independently.


• Proficient in basic Microsoft Packages with strong IT skills.
