Branch Operations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Operations Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining operational efficiency. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the branch team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.


• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase branch profitability and market share.


• Oversee daily operations, including sales, service delivery, and administrative functions.


• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management.


• Recruit, train, and evaluate staff to ensure high levels of performance and engagement.


• Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.


• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and community partners to enhance brand reputation.


• Manage budgets, stock levels, and operational resources efficiently.


• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices across the branch.

• Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a similar industry or environment.


• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.


• Excellent organisational and problem\-solving abilities.


• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.


• Ability to analyse financial data and utilise it to inform decision\-making.


• Customer\-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.


• Relevant qualifications or certifications are advantageous but not essential.


• A valid driving licence is desirable for travel between branches or client sites. Pay: £34,000\.00\-£36,000\.00 per year
