Branch Manager (Mobile)

Due to our continued growth and success, we are looking for new dynamic Mobile manager to join our ever\-growing teams.

We currently require a Mobile Manager to cover branches throughout Scotland (Ideally based in Glasgow). Applicants should have previous managerial experience in the retail/sales sector and be a car owner. The position requires the successful applicant to work a five day week covering our branches from Kilmarnock to Aberdeen

You don't have to have experience in the flooring industry, as training will be provided.

You have your basic wage like many other companies in the UK however with direct Flooring the potential for that to increase is limitless as we provide you with commission on sales. On average when commission is taken into account most of our staff earn £14\-16 per hour. Some staff earn 30k plus per annum.

There is also the potential for overtime if you are flexible.

Your Role will be as follows.

• Serving customers and dealing with enquiries


• Processing cash, card payments


• Updating customer records in the company's database as required


• Handling product returns and payment refund requests


• Promoting products based on the company's directives


• Arranging products on the shelves and on promotional displays


• Unpacking and sorting new stock delivery


• Managing product inventory at the store


• Keeping the store clean
