We're recruiting for an ambitious Branch Manager to join a forward-thinking and highly successful estate agency in Blackburn. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven property professional with a strong track record in winning instructions, leading teams, and driving branch performance.
You'll take ownership of the branch, motivating your team to achieve outstanding results while delivering exceptional customer service and growing market share.
The Role
As a Branch Manager, you will:
- Lead the day-to-day operations and overall performance of the branch
- Conduct morning meetings and motivate the team to achieve their targets
- Carry out property valuations and secure new instructions
- Drive new business generation and maximise branch opportunities
- Set individual and team performance targets
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members
- Build strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and local stakeholders
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Oversee branch performance and work towards exceeding sales targets
- Previous experience within estate agency, ideally in a management position
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a successful team
- Proven track record of winning instructions and listing properties
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for property and delivering outstanding customer service
- Commercially minded and target-driven
- Local area knowledge is advantageous
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Basic salary up to £30,000
- Individual and team commission
- Realistic OTE of £45,000
- Business mileage paid
- Ongoing training and professional development

- Monday to Friday
- Alternate Saturdays with a day off in lieu
