What Youll Do
Lead and develop a high\-performing sales and trade counter team
Drive revenue growth, margin and branch profitability
Build strong relationships with trade customers and contractors
Identify and win new business development opportunities
Manage key customer accounts and grow spend
Oversee stock, pricing, margins and branch performance
Deliver excellent customer service in a trade / wholesale environment
Ensure high operational, compliance and Health \& Safety standards
Create a positive, target\-driven and customer\-focused team culture
What Were Looking For
Experience in electrical wholesale, plumbing merchants, builders merchants or trade distribution
Background as a Branch Manager, Assistant Manager or Supervisor
Proven success in sales growth, account management and customer development
Strong leadership and team management skills
Commercial awareness (sales, margin, costs and performance KPIs)
Hands\-on approach within a busy trade environment
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ambitious, driven and customer\-focused mindset
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
07:30 to 17:15
Alternate Saturdays 08:00 to 12:00
