Branch Manager
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a well-established branch in the Torbay area as a Branch Manager, overseeing both sales and lettings. Our client is a highly regarded, upmarket property agent with an excellent reputation locally. They are seeking an experienced and ambitious estate agency professional to lead and further develop their Torquay office.
The ideal candidate will be a proven business winner, currently operating as a Senior Negotiator, Valuer, or Branch Manager, with a strong track record in securing instructions and driving sales performance. You will bring energy, commercial awareness, and strong local market knowledge to the role.
Applicants should have at least 3 years’ estate agency experience. Exposure to lettings would be advantageous, though not essential. You will be highly organised, professional, and proactive, with a personable approach and strong leadership capability.
Package:
- Basic salary: £27,000–£30,000
- OTE: circa £37,355
- Monthly car allowance: £247
- Bonus incentives and manager’s bonus
One in three Saturdays, 9:00am – 4:00pm
