Boutique Hotel Operations & Guest Experience Manager

Casa Crisóstomo is seeking a dependable, hands\-on Operations \& Guest Experience Manager to help relaunch and oversee a design\-forward boutique guesthouse located in Lisbon’s Avenidas Novas district.

This is a highly operational role for someone who is proactive, organized, guest\-focused, calm under pressure, and genuinely takes pride in creating an excellent guest experience. We are not seeking a traditional corporate hotel manager. We are looking for someone practical, hardworking, responsive, detail\-oriented, and eager to grow with an independent hospitality business over time.

The role involves helping oversee daily operations including:

• Guest check\-ins and check\-outs


• Guest communication and support


• OTA and channel management support (Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.)


• ADR and occupancy optimization


• Review management and guest satisfaction


• Housekeeping coordination and room inspections


• Maintenance follow\-up and vendor coordination


• Day\-to\-day operational problem solving


• Helping maintain a welcoming, clean, and thoughtfully run property

The ideal candidate:

• Has hospitality, boutique hotel, hostel, guesthouse, or front office experience


• Is dependable, responsive, and professional


• Communicates clearly and warmly with guests


• Is comfortable multitasking and solving problems independently


• Works well in a lean, hands\-on environment


• Speaks fluent English (Portuguese is a plus)


• Is comfortable using hospitality platforms and messaging tools


• Wants stability, responsibility, and long\-term growth potential
