As a *Women’s Ready\-to\-Wear Designer* , you will work closely with the design team, you will contribute to research, concept development, fittings, and show preparation, while deepening your understanding of Bottega Veneta’s creative vision and craftsmanship.
*How you will contribute?*
- Working alongside the Head of Tailoring, Outerwear \& Denim Women's Ready\-To\-Wear Design in building strong concepts and developing new seasonal collections, with a strong focus on Leather \& Denim.
- Conducting iconographic research as well as working on 3D, volumes, and details, both flat and on stockman.
- Leading fittings and look development, ensuring alignment with the brand’s aesthetic.
- Participating in the coordination and preparation of the fashion show and other key presentations.
- Preparing technical drawings, moodboards, and presentation materials.
- Collaborating with cross\-functional teams including Product Development, Atelier, \& Fabric.
- 3\-4 years of experience within the role with proven expertise with leather \& denim.
- Able to start immediately.
- Strong visual sensibility and keen eye for craft, with an advanced ability to research, interpret, and translate concepts into compelling designs.
- Experience in working directly with suppliers \& factories.
- Experience in developing commercial point of view of the collection.
- Understanding of construction, materials, and finishing techniques, especially within leather and denim development.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast\-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, with experience collaborating closely with development teams to ensure design integrity from concept to final product.
- Proficiency in Adobe \- Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.
