  • Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise deck ratings in daily work

  • Organize and carry out deck maintenance and repair

  • Assist with mooring, unmooring, and anchoring operations

  • Support cargo operations and lashing of vehicles

  • Follow safety procedures and promote safe working practices

  • Requirements:

  • Valid Bosun/AB certificates and seagoing documents

  • Previous experience as Bosun or senior AB, preferably on car carriers or similar vessels

  • Good leadership and communication skills with multicrew teams

  • Good command of spoken and written English

  • Fit for duty with valid medical certificate
