Boat Maintenance Engineer
Our Engineering Department is looking to recruit an enthusiastic person to help with a wide variety of boat maintenance duties at our boat yard at Runnymede Boat House in Old Windsor near the M25 in West London.
The work is based on the ongoing maintenance and servicing of our fleet of Class V passenger vessels, operating on the mid non\-tidal River Thames. The role would suit someone with experience in general engineering, automotive engineering or agricultural engineering as well as marine engineering.
The role will cover some or all of the following disciplines:
- Mechanical engineering
- Diesel power plants, marine gearboxes and power trains
- Basic hydraulics
- Extra low voltage (12Vdc) marine electrics
- Welding and fabrication
- Carpentry and finishing skills
- Low voltage audio systems
The successful applicant will need to be self motivated, able to analyse problems and identify potential solutions

Pay: £30,000\.00\-£35,000\.00 per year
