Duties
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to vehicle delivery, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
- Present and explain finance options, insurance products, and additional services to customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly targets and optimise sales opportunities.
- Conduct financial assessments using basic maths skills to determine suitable finance packages for clients.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies and industry regulations.
- Stay informed about the latest BMW models, features, and industry trends to provide expert advice.
- Assist in organising promotional events and dealership activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Proven experience in financial services or automotive sales is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
- Basic maths proficiency is required for calculating finance options and payment plans.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanour.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long\-term customer relationships.
