Block Manager

About our client Our client is a property management business with a growing London-based portfolio. They're looking for the right person to come in and take ownership from day one.

The role You'll be taking over an established portfolio of around 600 units across 19 clients, all London-based. This is a fully office-based role, Monday to Friday.

What you'll be doing • Managing day-to-day operations across a portfolio of residential clients

• Acting as the primary point of contact for a varied client base


• Building and maintaining strong client relationships across multiple accounts


• Overseeing compliance, maintenance coordination, and service delivery


• Handling queries, issues, and escalations in a timely and professional manner


• Keeping on top of reporting, correspondence, and portfolio administration

• Proven experience as a Property Manager within residential block or leasehold management


• Confident managing a large, varied portfolio with minimal supervision


• Strong client-facing skills and the ability to manage multiple relationships simultaneously


• Able to hit the ground running in a new office environment

• TPI or RICS accreditation


• Experience managing London-based portfolios

• A ready-made portfolio with genuine autonomy from the start


• Part of a growing business with a new office setup in Hertfordshire
