BizOps & Cost Manager

Location: Steinbach (Taunus) – moving to Eschborn end of summer Type: Full‑time \| On‑site \| Permanent

HEXA GmbH is an international supplier of automotive components (HQ in Singapore). We are looking for a BizOps \& Cost Manager to strengthen our operational backbone. This role is ideal for someone who is sharp‑minded, analytical, and commercially driven , someone who ensures our RFQs, costing, supplier coordination, and internal processes run with discipline and accuracy.

Your responsibilities

• Manage RFQs, cost breakdowns, and pricing structures


• Analyse supplier quotations and negotiate cost‑effective solutions


• Coordinate with suppliers on lead times, MOQ, logistics, and payment terms


• Maintain accurate costing data and margin calculations


• Own ERP data accuracy (pricing, supplier data, lead times, MOQ, payment terms)


• Track KPIs and prepare operational reports


• Monitor supplier performance and identify cost‑saving opportunities


• Ensure smooth operational flow between Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, and Finance


• Support compliance documentation (REACH/ROHS, supplier declarations, sanctions checks)


• Maintain structured internal processes and follow‑up discipline

Your profile

• 2–5 years of experience


• in purchasing, costing, supply chain, sales operations, or business controlling


• Strong understanding of logistics cost, lead times, MOQ, and payment terms


• Comfortable with ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, etc.)


• Experience handling RFQs, supplier follow‑ups, and cost analysis


• Analytical, structured, and reliable working style


• Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with suppliers


• Good English skills (German is an advantage)


• Valid German work permit \- essential


• Able to work on‑site in Steinbach (Taunus) and later EschbornWe offer
