• Metec is looking for a BIM Mechanical Engineer that Holds a Bachelor Degree in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering


• The Position is Full Time office based in Bray, County Wicklow, Ireland. To be eligible for this position, you must have good English hold a working Visa.

What you bring to the table

• Holds a Bachelor Degree in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering


• 3 years’ experience within the industry and preferably at least 1 year using Revit


• Looking to progress engineering career through hands on design through BIM

Your Responsibilities

• Design and Model Mechanical Services (HVAC/Water/Wastes/etc) in conjunction with the design strategy for the project


• Coordinate Design with other disciplines in house and with colleagues, as well as with other consultants such as Architects, structural engineers and clients


• Produce models, drawings and schedules of quantities from BIM model for pricing


• Perform regular floor walks ensure all snags are completed before handing over scope to intel.


• Determine project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards.
