Job Summary
Digital Construction Technologies' new recruitment drive is part of a move by the firm to grow its service offering in Europe and to ramp up it's well established and thriving digital construction business.
Based out of our Dublin office, the ideal candidate will be required to use BIM Suite to manage the client's common data environment while working within a multidisciplinary environment. A good knowledge of how to coordinate BIM models within a site operations environment is essential. Capable of managing meetings, clash detection procedures and production of detailed models \& drawings from all disciplines.

The key requirements related to the management of BIM meetings, management of a common data environment. Understanding of revit software. Producing 3D drawings from Revit / CAD files Produce designs, working drawings, schedules, forms and records. Coordinate M\&E services layouts with other disciplines. Regular reporting on the workload and issues Following document control processes Contributing to the process of creating as\-built documentation Ability to set up a Revit project in addition to the ability to create families within this project
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent working Knowledge of full CAD/BIM Suite, including Revit Good knowledge of M\&E services Previous experience of producing AutoCAD M\&E services drawings for new builds as well as refurbishments Previous experience working in an M\&E / Engineering environment desirable Ability to prioritise workload according to deadlines IT literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel Ability to work unsupervised and to a high standard Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Pay: €45,000\.00\-€65,000\.00 per year
