BIM Manager

We are looking for a BIM Manager to lead the implementation, governance, and scaling of BIM methodologies across complex infrastructure and engineering projects. You will play a key role in driving digital transformation initiatives, managing multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring excellence in BIM delivery.

Key Responsabilities:

• Lead the definition and execution of BIM strategies aligned with the full project lifecycle (design, construction, and operations), ensuring scalability and consistency across engineering and infrastructure projects


• Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary BIM teams (Civil, Architecture, MEP), driving alignment of deliverables and fostering effective cross\-functional collaboration


• Oversee the development, validation, and quality assurance of large\-scale infrastructure BIM models (roads, railways, energy, ports, airports), ensuring high standards of accuracy and data integrity


• Ensure full BIM governance and compliance with standards and information management frameworks (EIR, BEP, LOD), establishing and enforcing best practices across projects


• Establish and lead BIM Management Office (BMO) practices, defining governance frameworks, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives


• Drive digital innovation by leading automation, reporting, and data analytics initiatives using tools such as Dynamo and Power BI


• Act as a senior stakeholder interface, supporting business development, client engagement, and proposal activities, while ensuring effective communication with technical and non\-technical audiences


• Oversee clash detection processes and model coordination, ensuring issue resolution and alignment across disciplines


• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior and mid\-level BIM specialists, fostering capability development within the team


• Promote the use of digital engineering tools (Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud) to enhance collaboration, data sharing, and delivery efficiency


• Support strategic decision\-making through BIM data insights, performance reporting, and advanced analytics


• Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement of digital engineering capabilities and methodologies across the organization.

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (BIM specialization preferred)


• 5–8\+ years of BIM experience, with strong exposure to infrastructure projects


• Proven experience in team leadership and BIM delivery at scale


• Strong expertise in Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks


• Deep understanding of BIM standards and frameworks (EIR, BEP, LOD)


• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC); Dynamo or Power BI is a strong plus


• Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory); Spanish is a plus


• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
