<div>The Billing & Collections Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire sales financial lifecycle - from Deals approvals, invoice generation, and cash collection.</div>

<div>This role is instrumental in maintaining financial accuracy and improving cash flow. </div>

<div><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</div>
<div>
<ul>
<li>Manage the entire billing and invoicing process across global entities.</li>
<li>Ensure accurate and timely billing process through ERP and other billing platforms.</li>
<li>Monitor accounts receivable aging and lead collection efforts.</li>
<li>Maintain data accuracy in ERP system (Netsuite), internal billing system, and other financial systems.</li>
<li>Liaise with Sales, Legal, and Finance to support deal execution and cash collection.</li>
<li>Support AR-related reporting, audits, and internal controls.</li>

<div><strong>Requirements</strong>:</div>
<div>
<ul>
<li>2+ years of experience in AR, billing, or finance operations, preferably in a global/hi-tech SaaS environment.</li>
<li>Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and billing platforms.</li>
<li>Excellent Excel and data management skills.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and attention to details.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.</li>
<li>Team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.</li>
<li>Availability for a full-time position (hybrid model).</li>
