Bilingual Sales Executive
We are seeking a highly driven and performance\-oriented Bilingual Sales Executive to join our team at MDL Beauty Limited. This role is central to the company’s commercial strategy, with a strong focus on revenue generation, client acquisition, and sales performance optimisation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to conversion, while actively contributing to the achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
As the clinic serves a diverse and expanding client base, including a significant and growing number of Portuguese\-speaking clients who represent an important portion of overall revenue, fluency in both English and Brazilian Portuguese is essential. The ability to communicate effectively in both languages directly supports higher conversion rates, stronger client engagement, and sustained revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the full sales pipeline, including lead generation, qualification, conversion, and retention
- Achieve and exceed individual monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Track and optimise key sales KPIs, including conversion rates, average transaction value, and client acquisition cost
- Conduct structured consultations with a strong focus on upselling and cross\-selling high\-value treatments and packages
- Proactively follow up on leads and enquiries to maximise conversion and minimise drop\-off
- Identify and develop new revenue opportunities within both new and existing client segments
- Support the execution of targeted sales campaigns aligned with business growth objectives
- Contribute to sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, and performance analysis
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies with revenue targets
- Support targeted initiatives to engage Portuguese\-speaking clients and maximise commercial performance within this segment
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
- Fluency in English and Brazilian Portuguese (spoken and written) – essential
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales or target\-driven role
- Strong commercial acumen and data\-driven mindset
- Experience managing sales pipelines and working towards revenue targets
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
- Ability to perform in a high\-pressure, target\-oriented environment
- Strong organisational and reporting skills
- Experience in the beauty, wellness, or aesthetics industry is an advantage
