Bilingual Customer Support Agent

We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to join an international and creative company. If you're passionate about communication, enjoy helping customers, and can confidently support customers in English and at least one additional language, we'd love to hear from you. We are particularly interested in candidates with proficiency in languages including, but not limited to, German, French, and Italian. The Position
This is a consulting assignment with good opportunities for permanent employment. You will initially be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant for our client. The ambition is for the role to transition into a direct employment at the company.

Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will be part of an international customer support team, helping customers from different markets through clear and professional communication. Most customer interactions take place via email, where you will guide customers through a variety of questions related to products, orders, and deliveries. The role combines customer service with problem-solving, as you'll investigate issues, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure that each customer receives the support they need. Working in a creative and fast-paced environment, you'll play an important role in delivering a positive customer experience while contributing to the continuous development of support processes.

Providing professional customer support primarily via email

Assisting customers with product-, order-, and delivery-related inquiries

Investigating customer cases and identifying suitable solutions

Collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient case resolution

Contributing to a positive customer experience and continuous process improvements

Education, Experience and Personal Characteristics
Professional proficiency in English, written and spoken

Professional proficiency in at least one additional language, such as German, French, Italian, Spanish

Previous experience in customer service, support, or another customer-facing role is a merit

To succeed in this role, you are a strong communicator with a genuine customer focus. You enjoy helping customers, understanding their needs, and finding solutions that create a positive experience.
You are adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities can change quickly. With a solution-oriented mindset, you approach challenges with curiosity and a willingness to learn.
