Bids Manager - 12 month FTC
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Bids Manager to join a growing law firm. This role is ideal for a commercially minded bids professional who enjoys managing high-quality submissions in a fast-paced environment.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will lead the end-to-end bid process, develop winning strategies, draft compelling content, coordinate presentations, and maintain bid best practice across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing bids and tenders from initiation to submission
- Leading kick-off meetings and coordinating contributors
- Writing, editing and refining bid content
- Supporting presentations and stakeholder coaching
- Maintaining bid libraries, templates and CRM systems
- Conducting win/loss reviews and identifying improvements
You will ideally have:
- 5+ years’ bid management experience
- Strong bid writing and project management skills
- Experience working with senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- The ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure
