BI Student Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a curious, organized, and proactive BI Assistant to help support business intelligence initiatives in Quality Control. You will help streamline incoming requests from our QC teams, work with stakeholders to understand their needs, and support reporting and analytics solutions. The position is 15–20 hours per week, offering the flexibility needed to balance work alongside your studies

What you’ll be doing

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and the BI team.


• Help organize and streamline BI requests from the QC department


• Support development and maintenance of dashboards and reporting solutions


• Assist users in getting value from BI tools and reports

Help improve communication, coordination, and documentation across projects

• You are someone who


• Is curious and interested in data and analytics


• Communicates openly and asks questions


• Is organized, reliable, and proactive


• Enjoys working with different people across the business

Speaks and writes English fluently

• Technical experience (nice to have)

Experience with the following is a big plus, but not required:

• Power BI


• Databricks


• SQL


• Power Automate / Power Apps


• Other BI or analytics tools


• Coding in DAX and SQL


• Rest API integration


• Star Schema design


• Excel

Visualize data in Statistical models

• We care more about personality, communication skills, and willingness to learn than extensive technical experience. If you are motivated to learn, we are happy to help you develop these skills.

Team, culture \& location

You will work closely with our Power BI lead in a supportive and informal team environment. This is a great opportunity to learn how BI creates value in a Quality Control organization. We work from our offices in Kvistgaard. Remote work is possible once strong stakeholder relationships have been established.
